iOS 12.3 a fost lansat de catre compania Apple in aceasta seara pentru iPhone, iPad, si iPod Touch, versiunea finala fiind lansata dupa mai bine de o luna de zile de testare pentru utilizatorii din lumea intreaga astazi. Cele mai importante functii pe care iOS 12.3 le aduce pentru iPhone, iPad, si iPod Touch de astazi sunt noul sistem Apple News Plus, dar si Apple TV Channels, Apple testandu-le pe ambele in toate versiunile beta oferite pana in momentul de fata.

iOS 12.3 are o noua aplicatie TV lansata pentru iPhone, iPad si iPod Touch pentru a putea oferi Apple TV Channels, iar Apple News Plus vine cu o aplicatie modificata, in care sunt implementate cateva sectiuni noi. In noua aplicatie TV pentru iOS 12.3 compania Apple pune accent pe sectiunile “Watch Now” si “Up Next”, acestea permitand descoperirea celor mai importante seriale si filme care sunt disponibile in platforma, totul fiind oferit cu ajutorul inteligentei artificiale.

iOS 12.3 schimba aplicatia TV pentru a o face sa semene mai mult cu cea a Netflix, iar adaugarea TV Channels are menirea de a completa intreaga interfata cu continut care pana acum nu a fost disponibil pentru toata lumea. Apple le va permite utilizatorilor sa se aboneze prin Apple TV Channels la diverse canale TV care au filme si seriale originale, prin iOS 12.3 utilizatorii putand alege sa vada exclusiv continut de la ele, nu de la un intreg trust media.

iOS 12.3 aduce si alte noutati pe care le puteti vedea mai jos, dar in Romania deocamdata Apple TV Channels, si Apple News Plus nu sunt oferite, primul urmand a ajunge indeva in cursul acestui an, impreuna cu Apple TV Plus. Pana atunci, iOS 12.3 poate fi instalat chiar in acest moment pe iDevice-uri prin Settings > General > Software Update, Configurari > General > Actualizare Software, dar si cu ajutorul aplicatiei iTunes din calculatoare.

  • Subscriptions to Apple TV channels can be shared with up to six family members, with no new apps, accounts, or passwords needed
  • New release movies are available to buy or rent in the Apple TV app, including the full catalog of 100,000+ movies and the largest selection of 4K HDR titles
  • A new dedicated kids section helps you discover editorially-handpicked shows and movies safe for kids of all ages
  • The Apple TV app can now intelligently suggest playing to the most likely Apple TVs or AirPlay 2-enabled TVs nearby

This update also includes bug fixes and improvements. This update:

  • Adds the ability to follow a magazine from the Apple News+ catalog browsing view
  • Apple Music’s For You tab now updates multiple times a day suggesting music based on themes like genres, artists, and moods you love
  • Fixes an issue that could prevent Apple TV Remote from pausing video, controlling video, or changing volume on supported receivers
  • Addresses an issue that could cause calls made using Wi-Fi calling to drop
  • Fixes an issue where song information from a connected iPhone may not appear in a car’s display”
